Thursday September 22- Sunday September 25
Thurs. 9/22: 5 Mile Run + 45 Minutes of Yoga
Fri. 9/23: 1 hour of kickboxing
Saturday 9/24: 8 mile Run
Sunday 9/25: Freestyle! Pick your favorite workout! My pick is 30 minutes of kickboxing.
